1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to place an order. By using this site you confirm you meet these requirements.

2. Products and Pricing

All prices in CAD unless otherwise noted. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and cancel orders placed at an incorrect price. Product images and descriptions are provided for reference and may differ from the actual product due to manufacturer variation. Taxes and duties calculated at checkout.

3. Order Acceptance

We may refuse, cancel, or limit any order for any reason including unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud. A full refund will be issued for any cancellation initiated by us. Acceptance of your order occurs only when we ship the product.

5. Warranty and Safety

Products are sold with manufacturer warranties only. ChainLine Cycle does not extend independent warranties beyond those provided by the manufacturer. Bicycles, helmets, and safety-critical components must be installed and maintained by a qualified mechanic. Use of any product is at your own risk. Always wear a helmet and follow local traffic laws.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to this site or any product shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question. We are not liable for personal injury, property damage, or loss arising from improper installation, misuse, or failure to follow manufacturer instructions. Cycling involves inherent risks - consult a qualified mechanic for safety-critical components and ride responsibly.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, product names, images, logos, and trademarks on this site are property of ChainLine Cycle or their respective owners. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use site content for commercial purposes without written permission.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the site to: violate any law, scrape or copy site content, transmit malware, attempt unauthorized access, impersonate any person, or interfere with site operation. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

9. Account Terms

If you create a customer account you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at bikes@chainline.ca of any unauthorized use.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance. The "Last updated" date reflects the most recent revision.

11. Governing Law

Governed by the laws of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of British Columbia. You waive any objection to venue or jurisdiction.

12. Severability and Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Refund Policy, and Legal Notice, constitute the entire agreement between you and ChainLine Cycle.
